Introducing our new VANTOOL A.L. WAND (Aluminum Head) for residential and commercial carpet cleaning. Are you tired of your current wand bouncing up and down when cleaning carpet? WAIT NO MORE! The new VANTOOL WAND is equipped with a heavy head to stay planted on any type of carpet. Since the head of the wand is heavy, there is better flow suction. However, it is also lightweight using full titanium tube down the middle of the wand.

VANTOOL WAND is heavy where it needs to be and lightweight AT THE SAME TIME!

We try our best to protect every single piece of equipment we ship out, however we cannot predict if the mailman will just throw your package around.
We follow these steps below when protecting your equipment:
- We use double sided bubble wrap to cover the wand tube over twice.
- We wrap and pack the temp. gauge and stainless steel head separately.
- We use paper filling inside the box to protect the equipment from sliding around.
- We label all of our shipping boxes with stickers describing: “FRAGILE” and “THIS SIDE UP” for the mailman.

WARRENTY POLICY:

Only parts covered under this policy will be the Wand Head & Swivel if there is a defect/failure due to cleaning.
Wand Head & Swivel will not be covered under these conditions:
- If you or someone break the wand by dropping it from waist level or from a high height
- Running over the wand with a vehicle
- Purposefully breaking the wand with the intent of getting a new head/swivel
Picture/video evidence will be needed if the Wand Head or Swivel is malfunctioning
If your Wand Head/Swivel is defective, it will be examined by our VANTOOL team first for a manufacturing defect paid by the owner’s expense (we will give you a discounted shipping rate).
Trigger valve, hose connectors, hoses, handle, extraction window, glides or any stainless steel parts will not be covered. These components could possibly wear out due to normal or long-term usage and their replacement is considered part of the owner’s regular maintenance responsibility.
